Navigator is a personal and business development programme for men and is the brother programme to the world acclaimed Springboard development programme for women. The programme (four one-day workshops over a three month period) contains all of the elements for delegates to investigate their role, themselves and their aspirations. It improves business performance by giving staff clarity about themselves and their future and is a key building block to providing outstanding customer service.

The programme comprises five main elements
